EmporioAsia Animates the Web this Holiday Season with corporate eCards

Shanghai, China - From dressing up George W. Bush and Saddam Hussein in Santa outfits to having a 3D phoenix fly from the idyllic west lake in Hangzhou to Shanghai's financial center Lu Jia Zui, EmporioAsia's creative team designed and developed some of the web's most advanced and dynamic eCards this past holiday season.

EmporioAsia is an interactive marketing agency based in Shanghai, China whose clients include Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, InterContinental, Starwood, Thai Airways, TUI and gta.

"We have specialized in corporate eCard design and development for over five years now and have developed many eCards for companies throughout the world," says Vincent Kobler, EmporioAsia's Chief Executive Officer. "We have developed eCards for companies in many different sectors including hotels, financial services firms, consulting companies and most recently a security company that protects VIP's traveling to Iraq- the ISI Group."

Corporate eCards are not only a greeting for a company but can also be used for promotional purposes, branding, product placement and to grow a companies database. Interactive elements such as games or contests can also be integrated into eCards to make them even more interesting to the user. EmporioAsia developed many different styles of eCards this past holiday season including bringing the Grand Hyatt Shanghai's 1920's style "Opulence Ball" online through an elegant Christmas eCard, developing an interactive desert rally game for the InterContinental Dubai through a Christmas eCard and an egg hunt to mark the Year of the Rooster for ChinaVest, a leading financial services company.

"We have had requests to incorporate company CEO's and GM's into eCards and make them do humorous things in the eCard for a memorable customer experience," says Kobler. "You can do so much more with customized corporate eCards than with traditional print greeting cards and another plus is that eCards don't harm the environment like print cards do."

The use of corporate eCards is on the rise throughout the world not only for the major holidays such as Christmas and the Lunar New Year but also for other occasions such as the Mid-Autumn Festival, Valentines Day, Easter, Halloween, company events, announcements and anniversaries, invitations and weddings.
